Before breaking point, there's CareLoop Health
At CareLoop Health, we're transforming care for people living with severe mental illnesses through our breakthrough platform that integrates P4 medicine: Predictive, Preventative, Personalised, and Participatory.

Our vision
Our vision
We envision a world where predictive, personalised care keeps people with severe mental illness well at home and connected to their communities, preventing escalation and eliminating crisis.

Our mission

Our mission
We're on a mission to transform mental healthcare using intelligent software to predict problems, prevent escalation, and personalise care to individual needs while supporting patient participation.
As healthcare systems struggle to meet increasing demand, both human and financial costs rise. Our approach shifts care from reactive to proactive, helping more people stay well in their communities.
The challenge
The challenge
5% of the global population has a severe mental health problem, with many experiencing crisis episodes requiring acute care. For those with psychosis:
- Only 20% achieve full recovery
- The remaining 80% face a 25% annual relapse risk
- Early warning signs appear just 3-10 days before relapse
- Traditional care models often schedule appointments 12 weeks apart
This gap leads to preventable crises with devastating human costs — reduced life expectancy, 93% unemployment rate — and financial burden, consuming 4% of the NHS budget in the UK and $62 billion annually in the US.

Our approach

CareLoop integrates P4 medicine to enhance outcomes for people with severe mental illness:
- Predictive: Our AI-powered system detects early warning signs before relapse.
- Preventative: We identify subtle changes to reduce hospital admissions.
- Personalised: Each care pathway is tailored to individual needs.
- Participatory: We empower patients to actively engage in their care.
Our platform has been co-designed at every stage by the people who matter most:
- Individuals: Bringing lived experience and practical insights
- Clinicians: Ensuring alignment with clinical best practices
- Researchers: Providing evidence-based methodologies
- Software Engineers: Creating intuitive, effective technology
